Policy & Terms
- All packages (excluding fixed departures) are fully customizable.
- All communication must be in writing; verbal discussions are not considered.
- The company may modify the itinerary for operational or safety reasons.
- Booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
- Travel dates for DND packages must be finalized within 3 months of invoice issue.
- Complimentary upgrades may be offered based on availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be requested in writing.
- Token amount is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 15 days before travel incur 25%–50% charges.
- 100% retention for cancellations within 15 days or no-show.
- No refund for unused services (accommodation, meals, transport, etc.).
- Bookings may be cancelled for insufficient advance payment.
- Services may be terminated if guests engage in unlawful activities.
