- Standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, subject to hotel discretion
- Maximum three adults allowed per room; the third guest will be provided an extra mattress or rollaway bed
- The itinerary is fixed; transportation is strictly as per the scheduled plan and not on disposal basis
- Refunds for paid activities unavailable due to unforeseen reasons will be processed within 30 days
- Complimentary activities are non-refundable
- AC may not function in cool or hilly areas
- Flight itineraries involving multiple airlines may require baggage recheck at transit points
- Prices and availability of hotels or flights may change without prior notice
- Correct passenger age must be provided during booking to avoid travel penalties
- Alternative accommodation of similar standard will be arranged if listed hotels are unavailable
- In cases of natural calamities or weather disruptions, maximum possible refunds will be sought from vendors
- The itinerary may be revised due to force majeure events, strikes, weather issues, overbooking, entry restrictions, flight cancellations, or traffic disruptions
- No compensation will be applicable for itinerary revisions
- Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in
- Festive surcharges or mandatory event dinners are not included and may be charged by hotels
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by the official cancellation policy
- All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts
