- A representative will contact you within 24 hours of booking confirmation to share travel details and assist with any queries
- If the next day is a non-working day, you will be contacted on the following working day
- Flight and hotel bookings are processed strictly as per the provided names; any corrections or amendments may incur airline penalties
- Meals are not included for bookings made with low-cost airlines such as IndiGo, Go First, SpiceJet, AirAsia, FlyDubai, etc.
- Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM; early check-in is subject to hotel availability and discretion
- All bookings are governed by the User Agreement available on the website
- Package rates exclude special gala dinner charges during Christmas and New Year celebrations
