5-Day Kanha & Bandhavgarh Wildlife Tour
Day 01
Arrival at Jabalpur → Transfer to Kanha (170 km / 3 hrs)
Arrive at Jabalpur Airport/Railway Station, where our representative will welcome you and assist with the road transfer to Kanha National Park in a comfortable vehicle.
Upon arrival, check in at the resort and spend the day at leisure enjoying resort facilities or relaxing.
Dinner and overnight stay at Kanha.

Day 02
Kanha National Park | Morning & Evening Safari
Begin your day early with tea/coffee, then get ready for the Morning Jeep Safari (pickup depends on the package type).
Enjoy a 3-hour wildlife experience spotting diverse species in the heart of Kanha.
Return to the resort for breakfast and relax during the afternoon.
Post lunch, head for your Evening Jeep Safari in a different zone of Kanha.
Return by late evening. Dinner and overnight stay at Kanha.

Day 03
Kanha → Bandhavgarh (240 km / 5 hrs Drive)
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Bandhavgarh National Park.
Arrive after a scenic drive and check in at your resort.
The evening is free to explore nature trails or enjoy resort activities.
Dinner and overnight stay at Bandhavgarh.

Day 04
Bandhavgarh National Park | Morning & Evening Safari
Start early for the Morning Jeep Safari in Bandhavgarh (pickup available at extra payment), accompanied by an experienced naturalist.
Bandhavgarh offers excellent chances to spot wildlife such as tigers, sambar, barking deer, caracal, striped hyena, nilgai, and many more species.
Return for lunch and rest.
In the late afternoon, proceed for the Evening Jeep Safari in another zone.
Return to the resort, followed by dinner and overnight stay.

Day 05
Bandhavgarh → Jabalpur | Departure
After breakfast, complete check-out formalities.
You will be transferred to Jabalpur Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey.
Tour ends with unforgettable wildlife experiences.

Policy & Terms
- Base category rooms will be provided unless upgraded (extra charges apply)
- Check-in at 12:00 noon and check-out at 11:00 AM
- Correct passenger age must be provided; incorrect details may lead to penalties
- Similar standard hotel provided if listed hotel is unavailable
- Extra mattress provided for triple occupancy rooms
- Any changes in government taxes, safari charges, or hotel rates will be informed
- The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to luggage
- Itinerary and safari schedules may change due to external circumstances
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days prior: 10% of tour cost
- 15–29 days prior: 30% of tour cost
- 7–14 days prior: 40% of tour cost
- 2–6 days prior: 50% of tour cost
- Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund
- Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amounts are non-refundable
- Refunds apply only if safari booking fails due to technical issues
- Special cancellation applies during peak seasons (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year)
Peak Season Note: During Holi / Diwali / Christmas / New Year, a separate cancellation policy applies.
Payment Policy
- Payments accepted via credit/debit card, PayPal, or direct deposit
- 50% advance required to confirm booking
- Remaining 50% payable at arrival or tour start
- Full payment option available for extra discounts
- Payments must be made strictly to company accounts
- All statutory taxes and surcharges are payable by the traveler
Liabilities & Limitations
- Any change in government taxes, safari fees, or fuel costs must be borne by the traveler
- The company is not responsible for delays due to weather, strikes, traffic, or closures
- Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts
